Our goal is to breed healthy sheep with soft, low micron fleeces in a variety of colors. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are looking for something in particular that you do not see listed – what we have available tends to evolve during the season and we also work closely with other breeders that we may be able to refer you to.
We offer registered breeding stock, unregistered stock, and fiber pets. Prices vary depending on quality, registration and breeding status. We offer a 10% discount on purchases of 3 or more sheep. Buyer is responsible for the costs associated with any required health papers, transportation costs and any testing that you may desire.
We generally lamb in March and do not perform our first true lamb evaluations until sometime around July 4th weekend. After this initial evaluation, we may have a few lambs available. Another round of evaluations generally occurs in the fall and generally final evaluations occur the following spring. It is amazing how much an animal can change in 6 months!

A word of caution: Barberpole worms can kill your sheep quite easily and often before you realize that you have a worm problem. People often say sheep die with no warning – usually, the warning signs are there, but they are very subtle and easy to miss if you are not paying attention. We do not follow a regular worming schedule as this leads to worms that are resistant to wormer. We use the FAMACHA method to evaluate eyelid color in order to determine if a particular sheep needs wormed and then we only worm those that need it. Not all classes of wormer work on all types of worms and some wormers may be ineffective in your flock or region due to overuse. Disclaimer: We are not Veterinarians!
