Eclectic Acres LLC is a small farm in northeast Ohio. A love of animals combined with a love of spinning led to the adventure of owning a “fiber farm.” After several years of experience with crossbred sheep and other fiber animals, I realized that my true fiber love and passion was for fine fleece Shetland Sheep. I now exclusively raise registered Shetland Sheep.
Most of our fleeces are sold as raw fleece, but we sometimes decide to send some fleeces off to Zeilinger Wool in Michigan to be made into combed top for us.
We try to keep the shop stocked with sheep pins, dryer balls, raw fiber, combed top, rovings, batts, handspun yarn, hand dyed fibers, drop spindles and even some finished woven, knitted or crocheted items.
